Does being born with one kidney make it more likely you will need a second later on?
I actually had one kidney, not since birth, but since 2010. In my case, they said you can live with one kidney and some people do, but eventually because of CKD on my remaining kidney, I needed a transplant, so now I have remaining one and the new one.
I meant after one transplant is it more likely to need a transplant to replace the older one?
