If you attended our support group last night, we had a continuation of the conversation we started in last week's webinar with Maiya (if you missed it, I highly recommend going to check it out. You can find it here: https://transplantlyfe.com/webinars
One of the things that kept coming up yesterday was reframing our attempts, finding where something isn't working and what support we might need around that to make our goals more accessible. A few of us mentioned in the chat using accountability as a way of supporting one another in making progress towards our goals.
