Blood clots post transplant

Im 3 years post liver transplant and I seem to have small lumps (blood clots)? in my thigh muscles since first couple of months post. Does anyone anyone else have this and was anything done about them?

I had blood clots and have been on a blood thinner long term. My medical team also recommended I move regularly and drink lots of water. If you have any concerns, I'd talk to them. But diet, exercise and fluid intake are always things I look to right away
I have a history of blood clots. (That's actually what caused the damage to my original liver that led to my transplant.) If you think you have blood clots, see your doctor ASAP. Blood clots can lead to stroke or death.
