A little scary just one month out from transplant since my tac levels are the highest now and I just went through four doses of thymoglobulin before being released! Anyone else had this experience?

I’m so sorry! My son got a mild case of chicken pox right after my transplant (and he was 1). He also had a bit of a cold and since he had spent so much time away from me, I really felt like he needed me. I tried to keep my distance, but also got my cuddles in as well. Thankfully, I did not get sick from him! I hope she gets well quickly and that you escape strep!

she is better thank you! I am fine so far - funny how we seem strong at combatting certain bugs (perhaps the ones we have met before) while new ones are more difficult!
