I'm always looking for great book recommendations!
I'm the least scientific person ever so I stay away from anything technical or informative. What I do love are memoir style books, prose...
Some of my favourites are less transplant specific and more chronic illness focused. They are books like The Body is a Doorway by Sophie Strand and Between Two Kingdoms by Suleika Jaouad. I also love Still Point of the Turning World by Emily Rapp Black and Once More we saw Stars by Jayson Greene if you like more care partner focused stories.
There is a good book called when death becomes life by a transplant surgeon, a great read
Wasn't familiar with any of these recommendations...thank you both!
