I am admittedly a little nerdy, especially when it comes to staying up to date with information in the Biliary Atresia and Liver Transplant world. This webinar was so informative and talks about the different ways a liver can be used in transplantation from a deceased or living donor!
Listen in at aroud minute 35 for how a liver can be used in transplantation!!

This is so cool, thanks for sharing! I've also become a bit of a nerd when it comes to liver transplant research. I will often actually do my own research, discover something and bring it back to my transplant team if I feel like it's applicable to my case, and so far I've always been right. I'm excited to dive into this
Thanks for sharing! Before TransplantLyfe, I was a little in the dark about liver transplantation (as I was so heavily involved in kidney). I think the thing that was most surprising to me was how much overlap there is in the medications even though the organs have very different functions. I'm always up for learning more. Thanks for sharing @authenticallyapril
